working principle:

The material is added from the top feeding port, and under the excitation force of the vibration motor, the material moves continuously from the upper layer to the lower layer along the horizontal annular orifice plate. The hot air input from the air duct in the middle of the equipment penetrates each layer from bottom to top and fully contacts the material. The fluidized material undergoes sufficient heat exchange with the hot air, thereby achieving the purpose of drying. During the drying process, the material gradually reaches the bottom and is discharged through the discharge port. The exhaust gas is further recovered by the collector, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
